I’m sharing the Wrapped In Plaid Suite and another card made at my recent Holiday Coffee & Cards class. This bundle is found the SU! Holiday Catalog and will be available till January 2, 2020. As always, the Wrapped in Plaid Suite can be found in my online store.
To begin, I made a card base using a 8 1/2 x 5 1/2-inch piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock and scored it at 4 1/4-inches. Next, I embossed a 4 x 5 1/4-inch piece of Shaded Spruce with the Winter Knit 3D Embossing Folder. Afterwards, I adhered the embossed layer to the card front with SNAIL adhesive.
Secondly, I cut a 2 7/8-inch circle of Copper Foil with the Stitched Shapes dies and adhered it to the card front with SNAIL adhesive. Then, I cut a tree out of Wrapped in Plaid 6 x 6-inch DSP using the Pine Tree Punch. Afterwards, I adhered the tree to the Copper Foil circle with SNAIL adhesive.
Thirdly, I cut a banner using a 3 x 3/4-inch piece of Very Vanilla cardstock with the Banner Triple Punch. In addition, I stamped the sentiment from the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set (which is part of the Wrapped in Plaid Suite) onto the Very Vanilla banner with Cherry Cobbler ink. Afterwards, I added a copper-color Designer Element besides the stamped sentiment. Finally, I adhered the banner to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Afterwards, I stamped a sentiment from the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set, found in the Wrapped in Plaid Suite, with Cherry Cobbler ink onto a 4 x 5 1/4-inch piece of Very Vanilla cardstock. Next, I cut a tree from a piece of Wrapped in Plaid 6 x 6-inch Specialty DSP using the Pine Tree Punch. Then, I adhered the pine tree to the cardstock layer with SNAIL adhesive. Finally, I adhered the Very Vanilla cardstock layer to the inside of the card.
