…for Sunday Stamps.
Today, I used the Thoughtful Blooms and Bloom Punch to make a thank-you card. And, these items can be found in the first SAB catalog and my online store. Also, the set is free with a $50 order and the punch with a $100 order. (till March 31st or till supply ends)
Also, I participated with Sunday Stamps Bright and Bold Challenge while making this card.
Recipe–
First, I made a card base with 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches of Blackberry Bliss cardstock, scored at 4 1/2 inches. Then, I embossed a 4 x 5 1/4 inches layer of Blackberry Bliss cardstock with the Pinewoods Plank 3 D Folder. Thus, I adhered the embossed layer to the card front with SNAIL adhesive.
Second, I cut a 2 1/8 inches circle thru the card front and embossed layer using the Layering Circles dies. Then, I used Blackberry Bliss, Daffodil Delight and Garden Green inks to stamp flowers from the Thoughtful Blooms stamp set onto Whisper White cardstock. And, I used the Small Bloom Punch to cut the flowers. Also, I used Garden Green cardstock and the Sprigs Punch to make leaves. Next, I cut centers for the flowers by using a hole punch (non-SU!) and Garden Green, Daffodil Delight and Blackberry Bliss cardstocks. Afterwards, I used my Daffodil Delight Dark Stampin’ Blends and colored four Pearl Basic Jewels.
Third, I used SNAIL adhesive and added the centers to the flowers. Then, I adhered the flowers around the circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Next, I used SNAIL adhesive to add the Sprigs around the circle. Afterwards, I tied a bow using Blackberry Bliss Twine from the Nature’s Twine pack and Whisper White Solid Baker’s Twin. Thus, I adhered the bow to the wreath with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional.
Fourth, I used the Stitched Shapes dies and cut a 1-inch circle from Whisper White cardstock. Then, I stamped one of the flowers from the Thoughtful Blooms with Daffodil Delight ink onto the circle. Afterwards, I stamped a sentiment from the set using Blackberry Bliss ink. Thus, I adhered the stitched circle to the card front using SNAIL adhesive.
Fifth, I stamped a sentiment from the Thoughtful Blooms stamp set with Blackberry Bliss ink onto a 4 x 5 1/4 inches piece of Whisper White cardstock. Then, I added the remaining flowers and sprigs to the corner of the layer and adhered with SNAIL adhesive and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I hope you enjoyed seeing the card made with the Thoughtful Blooms and Bloom Punch.
