Today, I’m saying thanks with Daisy Lane stamp set. And, I’m showing another card being donated to Soldiers’ Angels. You may remember me talking about Soldiers’ Angels before. The cards will be given to female Veterans during their Honor Flight to Washington, DC. In addition, I played along with Sunday Stamps and the Paper Players challenges.
To begin, I took a 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch piece of Real Red cardstock and scored it at 4 1/2 inches. Next. I added a 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 inch layer of Whisper White cardstock over the card base, adhering with SNAIL adhesive.
Afterwards, I added a 4 1/4 x 1 1/2 inch piece of Come Sail Away DSP to the card front. (Night of Navy striped piece) Then, I added a 3 x 4 inch inch layer of Night of Navy cardstock on top of the DSP and adhered it with SNAIL adhesive.
Next, I stamped 6 daisies from the Daisy Lane stamp set with Real Red ink onto Whisper White cardstock. Then, I cut them with the Medium Daisy Punch. Afterwards, I adhered 2 daisies together with Multipupose Liquid Glue and repeated this step twice. Moving on, I adhered the daisies from the Daisy Lane stamp set to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Finally, I placed one Clear Faceted Gem to the center of each daisy.
Then, I stamped a “thanks” sentiment from the Varied Vases stamp set with Real Red ink onto Whisper White cardstock. Next, I die cut the sentiment with the Layering Ovals dies (1 3/4 x 3/4 inch oval) Afterwards, I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Moving on, I stamped a sentiment from the Varied Vases stamp set with Real Red ink onto a 4 x 5 1/4 inch layer of Whisper White cardstock. Next, I adhered the layer to the inside of the card with SNAIL adhesive. Finally, I added a self-adhesive Clear Faceted Gem besides the sentiment.
In summary, it’s easy to say thanks with Daisy Lane stamp set.
