Today, I’m using the SU! Snowflake Splendor Suite while participating in The Paper Players Challenge (PP500) and Color My Heart Color Dare (402).
The Snowflake Splendor Suite is featured in the new SU! Mini Holiday Catalog and available in my online store starting August 4th.
Also, just a reminder that I still have slots available for the August-December 2020 Mini/Holiday Product Shares.
And, more details can be found here.
This was our directions for The Paper Players Challenge (PP500).
And, this was our directions for the Color My Heart Color Dare (402).
Recipe-
To begin, I made a card base from 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches of Seaside Spray cardstock, scored at 4 1/4 inches. Then, I used Stampin’ Seal adhesive to adhere a 5 1/4 x 4 inches layer of Snowflake Splendor Suite DSP to the card.
Next, I used the Winter Snow Embossing Folder (found in the Snowflake Splendor Suite) and embossed a 2 3/4 x 4 inches layer of Seaside Spray cardstock. Then, I used Tear & Tape adhesive to adhere it to a 3 x 4 inches layer of Balmy Blue Glitter Paper (Also part of the Snowflake Splendor Suite). Too, I wrapped a layer and added a bow of Snowflake Splendor Ribbon to the piece. Afterwards, I used Tear & Tape adhesive to adhere the matted layer to the card front.
Then, I stamped a sentiment from the Snowflake Splendor Suite with Seaside Spray onto Whisper White cardstock. Next, I added Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder to it and heated with my Heat Tool. Afterwards, I cut the sentiment with the 3 1/4 x 2 1/4 inches die from the Layering Ovals set. Thus, I adhered the layer to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Also, I used the So Many Snowflakes Dies (yes, from the same suite) and Silver Foil to cut out six snowflakes. Then, I used my Fine-Tip Glue Pen and adhered three of the snowflakes to the front of the card. Afterwards, I added Blue Adhesive-Backed Gems to the centers of each snowflake.
Inside the card, I stamped a sentiment with Seaside Spray ink onto a 4 x 5 1/4 inches layer of Whisper White cardstock. Then, I used my Fine-Tip Glue Pen and adhered three snowflakes to the layer. Finally, I used Tear & Tape adhesive to ahere the layer to the inside of the card.
I hope you enjoyed seeing some of the items from the Snowflake Splendor Suite used on my card. It’s a beautiful suite and will be well-used this holiday season.
