Today, I am showing how to use the Memories & More Card Pack to create a card. Several of the different suites include this type of pack for scrapbooking and journaling. Nevertheless, I am going to use it to make a quick card.
And, I decided to play along with the The Card Concept by using this picture as an inspiration.
To begin, I made a card base from 5 1/2 X 11 inches of Basic Black cardstock, scored at 4 1/4 inches. Then, using the Buffalo Check stamp, I added Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto 4 x 5 1/4 inches of Whisper White cardstock. (I layed the stamp bottom up, inked with ink and applied the cardstock.) Next, I adhered the stamped background to the card front with SNAIL adhesive.
Next, I used the 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 inches Stitched Rectangle die and cut around the a Night Before Christmas Memories & More Card Pack layer. Then, I wrapped Linen Thread around this layer, added two different colored Jingle Bells to the thread and tied a bow.
Afterwards. I adhered the Memories & More Card Pack layer to the card front with SNAIL adhesive.
Finally, I stamped a sentiment from the Snowman Season stamp set with Cherry Cobbler ink onto a 5 1/4 x 4 inches layer of Whisper White cardstock. To finish, I adhered this layer to the inside of the card with SNAIL adhesive.
I hope you enjoyed using the Memories & More Card Packs to make a simple and quick Holiday card!
