Today, I’m sharing a manly card made with the Hostess Set, Better Places.
And, the Hostess Set, Better Places can be purchased with $12 of Stampin’ Rewards money, only. Also, it’s found in the newest SU! Annual Catalog. Too, it includes 6 stamps which can be used to make any male or sympathy card. Also, we made this card at my last card class. I hope you can join us next time. (TBD)
Retired Items are for sale-
Also, I have my retired items for sale at my home. If you’d like to see them or are looking for a specific item, please contact me: email@example.com, #706-206-0163.
First, I made a card base with Mossy Meadow cardstock. Next, I added a layer of DSP from the Beauty of the Earth Suite.
Second, I used Mossy Meadow ink and stamped the largest image from the set onto Basic White cardstock. Next, I adhered it to a layer of Mossy Meadow cardstock. Afterwards, I wrapped Linen Thread around the matted layer several times. Thus, I adhered it to the card front.
Third, I used Mossy Meadow ink and stamped a sentiment (from the Hostess set, Better Places) onto Bumblebee cardstock. Then, I used the Layering Circles die set and cut out the sentiment. Finally, I adhered it on the corner and under the focal image.
Completing the inside of the card made with the Hostess Set, Better Places-
I used Mossy Meadow ink and stamped the smallest scenery image onto a layer of Basic White cardstock.
Finally, I adhered it to the inside of the card.
It’s been awhile since I made and shared male cards. And, I know some people struggle with making them. But, we have lots of men in our family, so I’m frequently making them cards. Too, you can see some of them here, here and here.
And, I hope you enjoyed seeing the new Hostess Set, Better Places. It will be a keeper in my craft room.
