I’d like to remind you of the Holiday Coffee & Cards Class scheduled for Saturday, November 2nd, 10-12. Registration is due by October 26th. Details can be found here.
This card was made using the new Christmastime Is Here Suite, which is available to customers starting November 1st. And, this beautiful kit can be used year round for other occasions. Also, the Christmastime Is Here Suite will be available while supplies last only. Thus, below are the items included in the kit.
I played along with the TGIF Challenge to make this card.
First, I made a card base using 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches of Cherry Cobbler cardstock, scored at 4 1/4 inches. Next, I adhered a 4 x 5 1/4 inches layer of Gold Foil to the card base with SNAIL adhesive. Then, I used SNAIL adhesive to add a 3 3/4 x 5 inches layer of Christmastime is Here Specialty DSP.
Second, using the Roses Dies from the Christmastime Is Here Suite, I cut a large rose image from the coordinating Specialty DSP. Moving along, I cut two large and small geometric images from Gold Foil using the Roses Dies. Then, I adhered the large and small geometric die cuts to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Third, I stamped a sentiment from the Christmas Is Here Suite with Cherry Cobbler ink onto Shimmery White cardstock. Using the Stitched Shapes Dies, I cut the sentiment into a 2 1/4 x 1 1/4 inches oval. Next, I cut a coordinating 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches oval mat for the sentiment with Cherry Cobbler cardstock and the Stitched Shapes Dies. Then, I adhered the mats to each other and the card front with SNAIL adhesive.
Fourth, I adhered the cut Rose image from the Christmas Is Here Suite to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then, I added Gold Glitter Enamel Dots to the card front.
Finally, I stamped a sentiment from the Christmas Is Here Suite with Cherry Cobbler ink onto 4 x 5 1/4 inches of Shimmery White cardstock. Next, I adhered one of the geometric images from the Roses Dies to the layer with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. To end, I adhered this layer inside of the card using SNAIL adhesive.
I enjoyed working with the Christmastime is Here Suite and hope you reserve one for you!
