Today, I’m sharing a birthday card made with the Butterfly Brilliance Collection. And, you may remember me talking more about this collection here. Too, the Butterfly Bouquet Promotion includes a 10% discount on the stamp set and dies when purchased with the Butterfly Brilliance Bundle or the Butterfly Brilliance Collection. Also, the Butterfly Brilliance Collection consists of the Butterfly Brilliance Bundle, the Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper and the Natural Touch Specialty Paper.
Recipe for the birthday card made with The Butterfly Brilliance Collection-
Our weather has been gorgeous here in the South, so it only seemed fitting to make another butterfly card. And, I first made a card base with Bermuda Bay cardstock. Then, I layered three different sizes of the DSP from the collection to the card front.
Next, I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink and stamped the butterfly image onto Basic White cardstock. (You’ll get six different butterflies with one stamp.) Then, I used my Stampin’ Blends and colored two of them-a small and large one. (Mango Melody, So Saffron, Mint Macaroon, Just Jade Combos)
Then, I used Bermuda Bay ink and stamped a sentiment from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set onto Basic White cardstock. (See more of the stamp set here.) Afterwards, I used the Stitched Rectangles and cut out the sentiment. Thus, I adhered it to a mat made from Bermuda Bay cardstock.
Moving along, I adhered the small butterfly to the edge of the sentiment block. And, I added three Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card.
To complete the inside, I adhered the larger butterfly to a layer of Basic White cardstock. Finally, I adhered the layer to the inside of the card.
So, I hope you enjoyed seeing another card made with the Butterfly Brilliance Collection!
